Great trainers! I started coming after rehab for a hip issue. (Rehab let me know that I was not pushing myself hard enough.) The trainers push me, and teach me how to protect myself instead of cause injuries. I have noticed remarkable improvement over four months. Coworkers are complementing me on both weight loss and muscle tone. This is an exciting time in my life! I highly recommend these folks.
This place is a lot of fun to go to. I’ve made a lot of progress with my speed, strength and flexibility in the past year. He dropped my 60 yard dash time down from 7.5 to 6.9 in a year and my flexibility has increased tremendously. Also I’m getting PRs left and right in the weight room now. Really recommend this to any athlete who wants to up their game.
I have been going to Athletes Arena for a year now and it has been incredible. I have made so much progress in such a short amount a time both on the field and in the weight room. the people here are all super friendly and are very supportive. Definitely recommend coming here for everyone.
