Kate is super professional, very friendly , supportive and holds such a wide knowledge base. It has been a pleasure to find someone and also such a relief at the same time.......I am able to share my goals, eating habits and be supported along this journey to both find a way to rectify stomach issues and at the same time find strength from eating a revised diet to enable me to run further and feel so much stronger !!. Kate from the Athlete Sanctuary is very professional, caring and understanding. She is a holistic practitioner who is extremely dedicated to her client and improving their overall wellbeing. Visiting Kate at her clinic is an enjoyable experience. I always leave feeling empowered with knowledge and on the path to improved health. If a patient cannot make it into the clinic, Kate ensures that she keeps in touch via email or Skype ensuring her client feels supported.
You will not find a more caring practitioner than kate! Her knowledge and interest in natural therapies is outstanding I can not reccomend kate highly enough as a naturopath!
