Kate has helped improve my wellbeing and performance athletically, as well as at work and in day to day functioning. Kate is extremely professional and supportive. She is a practitioner that I feel very comfortable working with. I have recommended Kate to family, friends, fellow athletes and colleagues. I look forward to having Kate's support throughout my athletic career and beyond.
We began seeing Kate over a year ago and she has been an amazing advisor to our family. She has guided our daughter through Adrenal Fatigue and has been a great support both for natropathy, health advice and referral onto other alternative specialists. We would highly recommend Kate to all athletes who are serious about their health and wellbeing.
Kate and the Athlete Sanctuary is an essential added extra for any athlete wanting to strive to reach their individual potential in sport or in health in general. Kate is warm, friendly, acutely knowledgeable, non judgemental and an all round beautiful person. As a distance running coach I couldn't recommend Kate too much. Give her a try and you'll be better for it!

I recently visited Kate with my 12 year old son, to discuss his nutrition and how it relates to athletic performance.
