I cannot say enough about this training center! My experience with Athlete Pro was superb!!! My initial meeting with the owner/ manager of AthletePro, Taylor, was informative and his level of expertise was apparent with his techniques to lead athletes, of all levels, to a full recovery. Frank at Athlete Pro helped me so much with my shoulder recovery after my surgery, implementing movements that helped not only with strength but flexibility and the follow-up after seeing him was key aswell, I am back to training with weights but utilizing what I have learned, recently asked Frank about alternative training for the hamstrings, he gave me very good advice,when I'm in the Sarasota area I will visit for a tuneup ,again Frank is the Best. I worked with Taylor who helped me to discover that what was previously called a rib injury by other trainers was actually a nerve issue with my back. Taylor was extremely easy to work with, as he made sure to get a comprehensive understanding of my history of injuries which helped in discovering my real issue, and he was communicative about why he was using certain devices or techniques or having me do certain exercises.
