I travel a lot for work, I like the flexibility of the punch-pass that doesn't expire. Plus, posting Hotel/Travel workouts from when I'm not at home.
Had an absolute blast at the gym. The coach I had for my intro class was very helpful in ensuring all members kept themselves safe with proper form but also encouraging you to push yourself. I used to CrossFit a lot but I am finding it a bit out of my budget at the moment otherwise I would definitely be signing up 💪 🏋️
I recently dropped into this gym during a visit to see my family and had such a great experience. The coaches are so knowledgeable and professional, running a well structured warm up for each class. The space is big and has plenty of equipment to go around. The programming is great and varied and the members were so welcoming. I have been doing CrossFit for ten years and would highly recommend this gym to anyone. I will definitely be back, thanks so much!
