We have been so very pleased with the training that Anthony has done with our son! He is very professional and our son has learned so much as well. Anthony always makes sure to keep us updated on our son’s progress! We will continue to train with Anthony!
Anthony has done a great job of helping my 2 boys to reach their potential. The stretching and strengthening exercises he’s done have been game changing. Anthony is always very professional and does an amazing job of explaining each action. He also pays close attention to the little details and makes the boys do things correctly. And his knowledge is exceptional. Anthony is very organized and well prepared for each session. We’ve truly enjoyed our workouts with him.
I’ve only worked with Anthony Citriniti, but the experience was top notch. The facility provides everything a serious athlete would need for all aspects of his training. Anthony himself presented a nice mixture of professionalism with a likable and goofy personality. I must say, he has thumbs of steel, and was easily jacking up my tight, overworked muscles during table work sessions. He put his foot off the pedal when it got a little too rough. I’d highly recommend the facility !
This organization is just as the name says Athletes Health First. Very professional and the trainers know exactly what they are doing to help the athlete perform better and decrease injuries!!!!
