I don’t think corse should go up and down alleys. These are not public streets and homeowners miss out on seeing the runners and supporting the event. This group needs to work with the HOA to provide a safe enjoyable event.
Unbelievable job by the company today for the Brownsville Chief of Police marathon weekend. The participants for both marathon and half marathon were supposed to start separately by 15 minutes. All of a sudden, the half marathoners got surprised that they were going at the same time with the marathoners. The result was: many in the half marathon weren't ready to go because they were still warming up, getting ready, etc., and yet the gun time and chip times turned out to be virtually identical.
