I live out of town and brought something I ordered online to return and they wouldn't take it back without a receipt. After telling the store associate I had it on my phone, and spending 10 minutes to find it she then told me she couldn't take it back without the receipt that was sent in my box. I shop at Athleta all the time and this is super annoying/frustrating. I guess I'm flying home with my items to return so I can print out the receipt from online and then mail it In.
Love this store! Was teaching yoga there last summer. Great team and amazing offer to work out for free! Love the clothes <3 Thanks for the experience!
