Beautiful clothes & helpful staff!
Very nice greeting at the door. Very nicely greeted. They still don’t carry men’s which they should! Inventory choices were great, but not in order on the racks. Had to search for sizes. Seems crazy with the numbers and employee that they have. People on the floor are awesome. Very helpful putting outfits together. Couldn’t have asked for a better representation of the company. Just need men’s!
The staff was so quick to help me and made me feel so welcomed in the store.
I did not feel welcome here yesterday. No one greeted me, and I went for a return and the sales woman immediately said “is this over 30 days?” in a hostile voice as if assuming I was trying to get away with something. I was taken aback. She could have said hi, want to check it’s less than 30 days, right? In reality I’m a longtime online customer and this item was ordered last week. I had been looking forward to my trip to a brick and mortar Athleta but the interaction set a poor tone.
