Their clothes are comfortable but the service is marginal at best and their alterations are a complete joke. I bought some pants that needed to be altered and they said their person was on vacation and to come back in a week and wear and wash the pants. I'm from Moses Lake, and I have never had time to come in and actually try any of the clothes on. Lisa and Alexis were SO welcoming and helpful! They searched the whole store for things they thought would look good on my frame, made my husband feel comfortable while he waited, and stayed open when I walked in 5 minutes before closing! Their smiles and amazing customer service are what will bring me back to the store and have made a customer for a long time to come. Thank you!!
Love coming in here when I’m in Spokane! So friendly and helpful,wonderful staff. Obviously the clothes are AMAZING!
Had terrible service from two very snotty young women - guess I don't fit their image or worthy of their time. Shame on them!
