Great experience shopping here. Big selection, staff very knowledgeable about stock. The gal helping me, Lily, picked up on my taste, made some fantastic suggestions, and respected my budget. Felt like a princess!
I had just eaten lunch a couple doors down, and was window shopping. It was my first time ever in Athleta and I was greeted by Sam! He was extremely helpful, gave me a tour of the store, and set up a fitting room for me! He even picked me out a pair of joggers that I ended up buying! I wish there was a bit more size inclusion in the store - the highest they go up to is XL, but it is a bit more generous sizing wise and I was able to make do!
Athleta has good stuff and this is a nice store. However, the amount of times the staff described and tried to sell me a store credit card was ridiculous. I was probably there for a half hour and 3 different staff told me about the card. They were so over attentive that it was impossible to shop in peace and it really took away from the experience. I would avoid shopping here in the future because the selling culture was just way too much.
Pretty. Lots of merchandise. Found the backpack I was looking for. Bonus it was on sale. Friendly staff. Helpful
