I just returned home from the 50th and France store. The entire staff are lovely, helpful, engaging and there is never any pressure to buy anything. Melissa and Paige provided direct guidance for the items I purchased and I am grateful for their help.
I visited on July 3, 2026, and had an amazing experience! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, informed about the current promotions, and offered a store credit card. I politely declined, and they completely respected my decision I was never asked again. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. I myself am a retail store manager and buyer and this is the second time I have come into this particular store when it wasn't busy (today I came in around 2:40) and was not even acknowledged by the employee up front who was reading something. This is unacceptable if you work in retail. I will not be back to this location.
Great experience shopping here. Big selection, staff very knowledgeable about stock. The gal helping me, Lily, picked up on my taste, made some fantastic suggestions, and respected my budget. Felt like a princess!
I had just eaten lunch a couple doors down, and was window shopping. It was my first time ever in Athleta and I was greeted by Sam! He was extremely helpful, gave me a tour of the store, and set up a fitting room for me! He even picked me out a pair of joggers that I ended up buying! I wish there was a bit more size inclusion in the store - the highest they go up to is XL, but it is a bit more generous sizing wise and I was able to make do!
