We have just had our XV serviced by the team at Atherton Subaru. From booking in of the vehicle, to communication of times and service requirements are made easy when dealing with people that have a passion for customer service and manufacturer requirements. The staff at Atherton Subaru are a step above other dealerships that I've had experience with, and I thank them for this.

This was the first time we used the Atherton Suburu Service Department (as we live in Cairns) and it won't be the last. They was amazing! From the first phone call, receptionist Laura was lovely and very obliging. Accolades also to the senior mechanic who came out to talk to us about our car when we picked it up (even if it was to confirm that the car was fine). I was very impressed with the service at Atherton Subaru, from the two young ladies at the service desk to the guys in spare parts, and the Service Manager and his team. I booked my Subaru in for what appeared to be a tricky issue, and the girls at the service desk were helpful courteous and quite knowledgeable in understanding the problem. I was given a time for completion of the job, and was notified well before that time by a text and a phone call advising the work was complete and the vehicle was ready for pickup.
