I attended on 13/10/25 witha badly blocked ear.I was then quickly placed in the hands of Dr Erin Jeffrey. Wow,in a very professional and calming way eased my concerns.She then proceeded to clear the blockage, keeping me at ease all the while.I cannot praise her highly enough for her treatment of me.She turned and ugly episode into much relief.
