We have recently joined this practice as we have moved into the area. All the staff are so helpful and have had no problems getting appointments. The reception staff are very helpful and go out of their way to assist.

I have come in today with a same-day appointment. The receptionist gave me an appointment within 20 mins of my call. I had Mrs Karla Nairn seeing me today, she was lovely and very charming during my visit. All you hope for when going to the doctors is finding somebody that empathises with you, and Mrs Karla went beyond that.

I attended this practice recently as a temporary resident. They provided a swift and compassionate service from the receptionist, the GP and to the pharmacist. Very much appreciated. Great practice.

I have been experiencing a horrible cough for more than one month and they did NOTHING about it. I called yesterday for the open surgery and the receptionist HOLLY was appalling, she said they only deal with emergencies and that my case was NOT an emergency; you guys should get rid of that useless individual called Holly who doesn't give 5 cents on people's health and lives, the automatic booking system was far better than having to be at the receptionist mercy.
