Awful receptionists, so rude and never book you in until you call about 4-5 times, can’t deal with the majority of my problems due to them and their attitudes make me want to not call back to try book in again.

Called to enquire about registration. I was feeling unwell and on the phone was advised I could look at emergency temporary registration if I told the them my issues which I did. Advised to come in to the surgery that evening. Got there to find nope, that's only if I have family registered. 4 Receptionists stood watching me struggle with their forms and the automated machines while asking them for help. Was having a mental health crisis and I was threatened by someone friend who lived in my house I thought the doctor heard this and then told me I was being threatening and took me of the leaving me in further distress and impacted my mental health dramatically I live with several separate tenants and two of them can confirm I wasn’t being threatening but the one being threatened
