Have been with this surgery since the late 80s. Always been a good doctors for me. The 0800 phone appointment scramble is very frustrating, but not an isolated issue of this surgery. It's a symptom of not having enough doctors (appointment slots each day).
Great doctors, but appointment times are not even close to accurate. When I have an appointment at 10:00 am, I don't usually get seen until 11:00 am. If I have an appointment at 2:30 pm, I don't usually get seen until after 3:30 pm.
No wonder this place has a 2 star rating! I’m suprised it has that to be honest. If I could rate this surgery 0 stars I would! Receptionist Tina could not care less about trying to help or resolve queries. Very rude and responded ‘The staff are on holiday what do you want me to do about it’. An important blood test is needed for my mother before her medication can be issued that is needed! and Tina was BEYOND unhelpful and RUDE. Do better Tina… or if you hate your job, leave.
Yea. You deserve two bad reviews, go figure.
