Great doctors, but appointment times are not even close to accurate. When I have an appointment at 10:00 am, I don't usually get seen until 11:00 am. If I have an appointment at 2:30 pm, I don't usually get seen until after 3:30 pm.
No wonder this place has a 2 star rating! I’m suprised it has that to be honest. If I could rate this surgery 0 stars I would! Receptionist Tina could not care less about trying to help or resolve queries. Very rude and responded ‘The staff are on holiday what do you want me to do about it’. An important blood test is needed for my mother before her medication can be issued that is needed! and Tina was BEYOND unhelpful and RUDE. Do better Tina… or if you hate your job, leave.

Everyone at the surgery has always been polite, friendly and helpful to me. I always feel that I'm being well looked after. The premises are clean and bright too.
Always polite, always good experience and great service. Surprised to see the poor reviews but I’m guessing people only write reviews when they are upset. Thank you to all the team for your great job!
