Very friendly staff. I recommend going in or through the drive-thru to pay your bill. They post updates of outages that are being fixed on their Facebook page.
Company gets worse every few months. Continues to be failures in our area, and takes up to 4-5 hours each time to get “fixed,” especially on the weekends when the D- crews are on call. Horrible for being the only electricity option on grid.. constant rip-offs and continuous decline in solutions. 2026 and still seems like the 80s power grid. Terrible!
