Company gets worse every few months. Continues to be failures in our area, and takes up to 4-5 hours each time to get “fixed,” especially on the weekends when the D- crews are on call. Horrible for being the only electricity option on grid.. constant rip-offs and continuous decline in solutions. 2026 and still seems like the 80s power grid. Terrible!

About to move to an apartment and I heard it's automatically $250 deposit yet now possibly 280!! Just to start service!! .. no explanation of what the deposit is for!.. just you pay it and get service.. I'm not from here so it's definitely different!! And 250!! In an apartment that should drop my move out and I should be cut a check!... but doubt they do that!!
