When I first started seeing Dr. Cave my shoulder was causing me so much pain. I could barely lift my arm, and even the simplest movements were uncomfortable. I can't say enough about what Dr. Cave has done for me. For 7 months, I suffered with severe migraines - between 3 & 5 each week. He uses a very gentle , slow method of pushing the atlas bone back in place. I have just finished my scheduled treatment plan and the real test was my husband's & my retirement trip to the Grand Canyon, by car. This is the first Google review I’ve ever done. I’ve had a misaligned atlas causing me all kinds of problems for a number of years, making life very difficult at times. I drove almost two hours to get here and it was absolutely worth it. Dr. Cave has an amazing attention to detail and truly takes the extra bit of time to understand your issues and does the best he can to correct them. His adjustments have given me so much relief and I can’t recommend them enough.
I started seeing Dr. Cave for my Chronic Dizziness (All day 24/7 dizziness no breaks) in Feb 2026. since starting in his care I started having breaks from dizziness or lesser dizziness with in a few weeks. It is now April 20th and I am finally having days without any dizziness and days where he doesn't even need to adjust my neck.
