RecommendedHad a ruptured trailer air bag. Off course it ruptured while I was in the process of sliding the tandems. Trailer sat on the rear axle tires leaving me stranded. Tim was there within 30 minutes, removed blown air bag and had to go to Knoxville and get a replacement and came back and got me rolling again in no time. Response time was 10/10 he found the problem explained the problem and fixed the problem. I have been broken down before and it took hours for roadside to show up. Thank you so much Dustin. Customer service was excellent.
