I recently concluded my business with Athens Self Storage, and overall, I was quite pleased with my experience. The facility is clean, secure, and conveniently located, making it easy to access my belongings whenever I need them. This location has spent a lot of time and money on upgrading it from what it was a few years ago. Brand new secure gate and clear numbers on the buildings that have all been renovated. I've had my 3 units for 2 years now. I've only had one issue with the gate and the manager opened it remotely from his phone for me. I haven't searched around lately but it seems like what I'm paying is a great deal.

This company is despicable. Ended my contract on the 6th of December 2024. They had originally prorated my rent to get the billing date as the first of the month for their conveniencein billing, then when I closed the account on the above date- I was informed that they would not prorate and I was supposed to pay the full amount. I told them to keep the deposit; that was 19.99 more than 8 days rental they had originally prorated my unit for.
