I was previously satisfied with this facility; however, my recent experiences have been disappointing. A mechanic business now operates out of the main building, and their vehicles are frequently parked in a manner that makes it very difficult to maneuver trailers to the storage units. Additionally, an individual has been residing in a van inside the fenced area for several months, which raises safety and security concerns. Due to these issues, I have chosen to move my storage elsewhere and cannot recommend this facility.

Athens Self Storage has the best storage facilities here in Athens. You will receive a big bang for your storage bucks at Athens Self Storage.

I recently concluded my business with Athens Self Storage, and overall, I was quite pleased with my experience. The facility is clean, secure, and conveniently located, making it easy to access my belongings whenever I need them. While I did encounter some challenges with their call center, while i was close out my account, I was pleasantly surprised by their commitment to addressing my issues promptly. This location has spent a lot of time and money on upgrading it from what it was a few years ago. Brand new secure gate and clear numbers on the buildings that have all been renovated. I've had my 3 units for 2 years now. I've only had one issue with the gate and the manager opened it remotely from his phone for me. I haven't searched around lately but it seems like what I'm paying is a great deal.
