We were in looking at carpets, and not one person asked if we coyote use some help. Certainly didn't feel welcomed or helped. We will find customer service that is helpful.

Jim was an absolute astute representative that left no rock unturned while having my main bathroom tiling completely changed. A class act all around. I called several times leaving messages for a sales person to call me back. After three tries I finally received a call from Peter and we discussed the upcoming job. He was going to get back to me to set up a time. A few days later he left a message on a Monday that he had time that day. I did not and called him to let him know. I gave him some other open days and he said he would return my call when he was not on the road and had his schedule in front of him. I never heard back.
