Perfect location for me. Easy auto pay payments making the payments hassle free and if I ever have questions about anything they were always responsive and polite.

The process was quick and easy everything went smoothly. Bobby was so helpful! He’s a lovely soul indeed. I hate that my unit has some issues with electricity but Bobby provided me with a flashlight to help me out. Wish there were 24 hour access without having to pay extra for it but overall I’m satisfied.

I have two units with the storage place and I’ve had these units for going on three years now I believe and I’ve had no issues. The managers always been polite and patient with me if I was behind on a payment or had any questions.I will definitely rent again from The Storage Place .

I rented a unit from The Storage Place for almost a year and had a great experience. The person who runs the place is genuinely kind and easy to work with. When my debit cards changed and I forgot to update my payment method, they reached out, were understanding, and let me update my details instead of locking me out. That level of communication and flexibility meant a lot to me. Clean, reliable, and run by someone who actually cares—highly recommend The Storage Place!
