Came in for initial visit with Dr Florence left knee. Staff were friendly and professional. Appointment was on time. Dr. Florence was easy to understand and explained findings and treatment. Highly recommend.
Easy to get an appt, front staff was great and Dr. Florence was amazing. Between check-in, x-ray and spending time with Dr. Florence, I was still in and out in just over 30mins.
I have called this office about 4x in the last week. It takes forever to get through to a live person and when I finally did I was placed on hold and transferred to a voicemail! My Dr submitted an order last Wednesday and I never received a call. There’s no option on their automated system for new patients. Total waste of time.
Dr Florence listens and understands the needs of his patients. Superb care.
