I have called this office about 4x in the last week. It takes forever to get through to a live person and when I finally did I was placed on hold and transferred to a voicemail! My Dr submitted an order last Wednesday and I never received a call. There’s no option on their automated system for new patients. Total waste of time.
Dr Florence listens and understands the needs of his patients. Superb care.
I was able to get in quickly to see Dr. Florence about ankle pain. He did a thorough exam and recommended a MRI which I was able to schedule very conveniently for a couple of days later.
So Dr Harkins has performed both of my shoulder replacements. I came in today in fear I damaged one of the implants. Dr Harkin and staff immediately took x-rays to determine the damage. Thankfully it turned out to be a bad muscle sprain. He calmed me down and gave perfect treatment options. I'll also do some additional rehab to strengthen the implants muscles around them.
