I lived in my apartment for over three years! Scott was always responsive, and the maintenance men were friendly. My unit was the perfect location to walk both to campus and uptown. Over three years we had a couple maintenance needs pop up and they were always handled swiftly! I am glad I chose Athens Ohio Rentals for my Athens living experience.

Scott Hunter and Ohio rentals were very easy to work with for my daughter’s Junior year. She was so excited to have her first apartment, but it overlapped with a study abroad. He was very flexible in having a sub letter. He was responsible to all maintenance requests from me and from her and her two roommates. The maintenance team is courteous and friendly - they even helped us get the door off the our couch didn’t quite fit in the door.
