Lived here for 3 years, such an amazing experience! Landlords will do right by you if you do right by them. Maintenance men are friendly and quick.
Scott Hunter and Ohio rentals were very easy to work with for my daughter’s Junior year. She was so excited to have her first apartment, but it overlapped with a study abroad. He was very flexible in having a sub letter. He was responsible to all maintenance requests from me and from her and her two roommates. The maintenance team is courteous and friendly - they even helped us get the door off the our couch didn’t quite fit in the door. Scott Hunter was a great landlord. Concerns were handed promptly. He was friendly and responded quickly and was always kind to our daughter. We rented for 2 years and would choose his company again.
