When I decided to stay an extra year in Athens, it was almost impossible to find housing on such short notice. Tyler was super responsive and helped me secure a place to stay for the year. He is an accommodating, professional, and very understanding landlord that made my living experience in Athens easy and stress free!
I lived in my apartment for over three years! Scott was always responsive, and the maintenance men were friendly. My unit was the perfect location to walk both to campus and uptown. Over three years we had a couple maintenance needs pop up and they were always handled swiftly! I am glad I chose Athens Ohio Rentals for my Athens living experience.
