Dr. "B" is thorough and professional.
Dr. B & the ladies up front are totally awesome The office assistant that types in everything before you see Dr.B how ever is not. She's so quick to judge & very poor attitude. When my insurance got switched from tenncare to another, I tried for almost a year to get back on tenncare & when it kicked in I called to make an appointment & the office assistant told the front desk not to schedule me bc I have to pay a copay of $40 before I can come back & there not taking tenncare. I didn't even see the Dr so why should I pay?
Dr. B and her staff are always friendly and great to see. I enjoy my appointments and talks with Dr. B.
I've been seeing dr b for over 2 yrs. She's always professional. Very sweet has a great bed side manner. I absolutely love her. Her nurse has always been very kind. And the front desk is always nice as well. The rooms aren't dirty! And there isn't any trash on the floor! And she wears gloves! She's listens well and is always on top of everything that needs done id would recommend her to anyone looking... she's a treasure
