We unfortunately had a terrible accident on our way from Chicago to Florida and from the front desk Melissa?, Payton, Nurse Sara , Seth, Zac amazing RNP , Nurses and RNPs on the 3rd floor and all support staff and techs. You are amazing! A truly horrible experience was handled so professionally with skill and compassion. Thank you!

I mashed my big toe a week ago today. Went to the ER. Got there 5:30 pm left 10:00 pm. They were busy , so why not have at least 1more doctor in the ER ? I told 2 employees that I had 2 drops of blood on the floor where I was sitting. Both told me not to worry about it. After 30- 45 minutes my sister cleaned it up. I asked the male nurse if he could wrap something around my heel so I could walk to my car better. Said he didn't have anything. I had to wrap a ace bandage around it myself.
