If I could give zero stars I would…..they do not know how to handle young children. My 3 yr old had a very deep gash on his finger that at the very least needed to be glued together. He wasn’t screaming or fighting, but was crying and trying to keep his hand fisted up. They said just keep it clean with a bandaid on it and the nurse didn’t even clean it out. The people that our family members encountered at ALH we beyond kind and helpful in every aspect. My husband was quickly taken care of and the problem resolved. Dr. W and nurse Danielle were amazing. The paramedics were great!
They had me in and out within 20 minutes and did nothing to help my situation. Very disappointed in my treatment. Ended up going to the urgent care and received answers!!!
