Very little information was provided. Request for pain medication after having stomach feeding tube in for over 4 months was rejected even though our PCM cannot prescribe as they are not licensed. Was told that the home care people would monitor weight for a couple of weeks to ensure that if they removed the tube they would not have to reinsert.
