Efficient and patient oriented.
The doctor was great — caring and professional — but the office staff and communication need serious improvement. I had X-rays ordered and it took six weeks to receive the results. During that time, I called multiple times and was told “they’ll be ready next Friday” on several occasions. At one point, I was even told the office already had the results but was waiting for them to be reviewed.
