Dr. Kevin Matthew Gooch has been my doctor since Dr. Jenny Bird retired. He and his nurse are fantastic. He's seen me through a lot. I hope he never leaves!
Walk In side is pretty good. Appointment side usually runs behind with long wait times in excess of 20 minutes once your in the exam room, not counting before going to that area.
The office staff seems to be a bit lazy. One person behind the window staring at a computer. Two or three others standing around talking while I'm waiting for assistance. Dr. Byrd kept me waiting for a whole hour because he had an aquarium problem. Kevin Dantzbe was very rude to me and my wife because she was scheduled for an ultrasound but the incompetent office staff did not submit her paperwork. Then he wants to blame the screw up on us. He said he had a lot of patients but he won't have this one much longer.
