ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. I have been trying to get in touch with your office with multiple attempts over 2 week. MY CT scan was denied at the hospital (not their fault)- I have been calling for TWO WEEKS to get relay information about my insurance to my doctor. Not a single time was I called back NOR did my doctor get my message.
