There was a minor mix-up where I was accidentally charged for some warranty work, but the dealership caught the mistake, apologized, and corrected the billing immediately. 3.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment. I have purchased 5 Chevrolet trucks since 2015. I sold the last one two days and will never own other GM product in my life. The last two trucks both 3500's were in and out of the shop. Multiple times the truck were there for over a month at a time. I don't expect to pay nearly 100K for a truck that breaks done multiple time under warranty. Feel free to publish
Athens Chevrolet dealership is the number one dealership they’re holding to staff is wonderful. The hospitality there is great they make you feel like family when you go there. they’re whole entire staff farm financed to the salesman to the body shop to the auto department is really great. The hospitality is so wonderful.
