This dealership sent my father home with the wrong car—that’s right, a brand-new vehicle purchase with the wrong car and even the wrong VIN number. On top of that, there were several rounds of different term sheets, many of which were loaded with unnecessary “junk fees” that had to be negotiated and removed repeatedly, all the way through the final signing. This dealership is one of the most unhelpful establishments I have ever been to. Our car was ONE DAY out of its 3-year bumper to bumper warranty and they refused to help in any way when the key went bad, charging us $180 for the part and trying to schedule an additional $200 appointment to program it. Luckily my husband was able to program the key himself. We are also dissatisfied with our Bolt EV, the build quality was poor including multiple factory issues.
