Ya'll this dealership straight up makes anyone else look terrible. We've been dealing with a few & were frustrated just conversing through email. We walked into the Athens Chevy with two vehicles in mind, not even looking to really buy today. Test drove both & picked the Equinox. Such an easy experience, I would do it again if I could.
The old bait and switch. Tell you one thing and do another. Definitely not much on customer service. And this is my second truck from them. I order a truck, it came wrong and didn't have the items to fix it. They told me get my work done and they would buy back the parts. No that didn't happen. We are not talking a lot of money so you would think they would just make it right. Be careful. Honestly probably a lot of misunderstandings I guess you live and you learn.
Dealership is crap and should fold to another owner.
