Customer service on the phone was not very professional
Sales person Jacob was really nice and helpful.. Mike was very nice person too.. I would recommend them both to anyone looking to get a vehicle through Athens Chevrolet. They made us feel welcomed there. Really good place to deal with. Very helpful too
Max, Cindy, and Von are the best. I have a Chevrolet Trailblazer but didn't buy it from them. However, my original dealership was distant and dismissive after my purchase and suggested I go to Athens Chevrolet for service. I'm SO glad they did!!! These guys truly understand the value of the customer and the art of customer service. I will always go to Athens Chevrolet now. Thank you for being Great.
I love it here. Okkkkkkk. They treat you like family. Making sure you ride clean and pull off in something nice . They are very detailed when explaining which I love . A 10 out of 10 for sure.
