Dr Butcher did a great job of both addressing my symptoms and their root cause. Also, and maybe most importantly, he did not try to push me into an eternal maintenance plan of care. It made me feel like a patient, not a revenue source.
I went in wondering if they could help me with my issues of shoulders neck and back. Dr. Ian Butcher fixed the problems and got me back to feeling like my normal self. I was very impressed with the look of the office and facility when I entered for the first time. I really liked the ease of scheduling online and completing all my first patient paper work. I was also blown away by how attentive Dr Ian was with what I filled out and the questions he asked me about my medical history. He didn't rush through my exam and didn't just do the same manipulation so the other practitioners have done in the past.
