We called this company to fix an Ac Unit. Instead of him telling us that we needed a new unit, he rigged ours up. Worked for 1 day, then stopped. We called him and a week later he came back did something else' to it, the unit worked an hour and then stopped again. This happened 4 times. Each time he charged a hefty service fee with no results. Everytime he came back it was another service fee. $1000 later and now I'm mad. I don't recommend this company. Please keep shopping for a better company. We are new in town and slowly... read more
Very very expensive. I would not deal with them again
The person driving the Tundra truck is very rude. He first almost hits me and my baby as he was getting into the other lane not paying any attention. Then decides to slam on his brakes in front of us for absolutely no reason. He is very rude and if that says anything about this company you're crazy to use them
Our ac was acting funny and Chris worked around our schedule and came out after we got off work. We then decided later we wanted to go ahead and do some other things to it and he came back at 8:00 at night! Went beyond regular service for us , and prices was reasonable also!!
I don't know how he drives , but I do know one thing . He has done work for me at my residence on my a/c and he did a FANTASTIC JOB went above and beyond his job to make sure we were satisfied ! And the price was just right !!! Thanks for a job well done , you got our 5 STARS !
