We are very happy with our Athena Fence. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. 5 stars!
EZERA and his crew did a great job installing the fence. He is very customer oriented, friendly and cares about his company. The only caution is if you order anything beyond the basic colors, be aware it is a specialty order and will take longer than 3-4 weeks, if you're using vinyl. Special orders are 6-12 weeks. As a result of the delay, Ezra worked on a Sunday to have the fence up by thanksgiving day! He cares about the input from customers and will do what it takes to make it happen. We had a fantastic experience with Athena’s Fence and Improvements, LLC! Esdras provided excellent communication, competitive pricing, and showed great attention to detail throughout the process. Despite minor challenges during installation, he and his team were accommodating, polite, and professional. They even started the project almost immediately after we paid the deposit. Highly recommend them for any fencing needs!
About a month ago Mr. Barrera came out personally to deliver a quote for a fence. My fiance and I paid him $20 for a quote. He told us we would hear back within a week. We never received any quotes or heard back from him. When trying to call several times there was no answer. Very disappointed and out of $20 for absolutely NO SERVICE rendered. -10/10 do NOT recommend. Will certainly be looking elsewhere for somewhere more reliable and friendly.
