I cannot stop receiving health reminders for several that "I choose to ignore" (myprivia setting). What does ignore mean to this company? Keep spamming via email/text? The provider left the practice and the practice has done nothing to intervene e.g. transfer to a provider who IS at the practice. The practice has also ignored my pharmacist requests. Two of my physician's offices use their services. I have not received my Medicare notice they're already sending me nasty text messages. One doctor's office said they just received Medicare notification 7 days ago. When I spoke to this agency I was called a liar which is not true since I'm getting this from two different medical network offices. One bill is paid. I continue to get threatening messages from this agency The doctor's offices say it's Athena. This billing agency is lying two doctors offices same story.
