I never went to this facility. But whenever I was trying to get set up with a new gyno, the lady on the phone was rather rude. She asked for my insurance and when I told her what I had for a secondary, (which is medical assistance), she said, "we don't deal with that". And that was that. None of her referring me to other offices or explaining. Just silence after she said they don't deal with that insurance. Dr Jacobson is very professional, yet very friendly as is the whole staff. She makes you feel at ease and doesn’t rush you. Have been going here for 15+ years. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was referred to Athena through my PCP as I was looking for a new OB Gyn. The office was difficult to find and after locating and parking, I rushed to the office and found that I had forgotten my mask. Sitting in the office for 10 minutes, the nurse called me in to take my temperature, she rudely stated that I needed a mask to enter the office.
