Language is a huge problem in this Spa, None of the employees realize this! When I was there there were other customers having issues as well. I was not impressed with people looking after me. They don't seem to care either. The impression I got back was it is acceptable. But it's not acceptable! I felt I was on a treadmill being rushed through. I did not enjoy the experience at all! I wanted to give more but after working through our communication barriers I decided it best to just roll with it for the most part. I haven’t had my nails done since CoVid but I treated myself. I was surprised that I now pay over $100 for gel nails that I wanted to last at least a couple of weeks. Just manicured, healthy looking nails. I went with the pink/ white ombré thinking it’s likely close to my ideas.
