Always exceptional ,comfortable and quiet
Arrived late tonight as my son was in emergency and we needed a room for the night. Check in took ages over the phone as she wanted confirmation, didn't even seem to know that we had already paid when booking the room. We have just got into the room and the bedspread has white stains all over it. Absolutely disgusting, im trying not to think about what the hell they might be!! Just stayed here during the carnival of flowers. Room was clean, comfortable and all the amenities were great. To the restaurant and pool room didn’t use as wasn’t open, although when we came home on the Saturday night it was open. We stayed in a studio, daughter and family stayed in a two bedroom with spa bath. The location was good not far to walk to laurel park and not far to drive to the cbd , queens park, Cobb and co museum and picnic point.
Love the experience while we stay there for a night ! Room is clean ! Thats all we need 🙏 definitely be back !!
