I went to the Sand Lake Commons location today to review my blood work I spent almost $200 for at Quest. Found they are permanently closed, and they gave no prior notice. My first appt ever was with Dr. Bandealy who had me get blood work done. My second appt to review the blood work, I was told Bandealy retired. I saw nurse practitioner, Kyei-Donkor Ernestina, who reviewed with me and wanted me to get blood work again 3 months later, which was the beginning of this month. I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF SHADY BUSINESS OCCURRED TO HAVE THE PRACTICE SHUT DOWN BUT ZERO NOTICE WAS GIVEN TO EXISTING PATIENTS REGARDING ITS PERMANENT CLOSURE WHICH LEAVES PATIENTS WITHOUT ACCESS TO THEIR PATIENT RECORDS. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? PATIENTS WITH ACUTE/CHRONIC DISEASES ARE NOW LEFT WITHOUT THE PADDLE OR THE BOAT.
They closed the office down with out giving patients any notifications. Many patient has tried to get their medical records to continue with their treatment, Unfortunately they were not able to obtain their records. multiples messages were left by patients and reporters and no one has received a phone call back from the clinic.
Office closed its doors with no notice to it's patients. If you call you get a message saying the Kissimmee office will be open until Nov 30th for patients to get their records. You drive to the office and see a notice that it was permanently closed and to call another number to get your records. That number sends you to someone's voice mail.
