I highly discourage anyone from going here. My experience was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, we were there for nearly three hours—a long wait just to be seen for a simple finger laceration. After waiting in the lobby, we were placed in an exam room and continued to wait. When the doctor finally came in, she appeared inconvenienced and even stated she did not have an assistant to help clean the wound. Iolani and most of the staff there are great! Their office manager however is very unprofessional.
Easy to schedule. Genuinely kind and friendly staff. The PA and nurse were very helpful and the clinic was clean with a very positive energy. Highly recommend
They have always been great until the last couple of visits. They forgot to send my prescriptions the last two visits. I had to call several times in both instances. They forgot my wife's steroids for respiratory infection and the next day was a holiday so waited a couple of days to get meds. They just did the same to my wife today. 7 hours since appt and they were never sent. Doctor left for the day and our insurance runs out tomorrow so we need the prescriptions today. Unacceptable.
