I usually leave 5-star reviews, but my experience at Athena Medical Clinic was disappointing due to poor communication and unclear instructions. I went in for an annual physical, bloodwork, and to start a new medication, but the medication process and follow-up plan were not clearly explained. I often had to reach out myself just to understand what the next steps were. Workers were super helpful and welcoming. Staff was super efficient and overall had a 10/10 experience. Definetly best urgent care experience ever
