I have been at Athena Garden Apts for over 11 years now and it has definitely been a positive experience. Also, I have to say that the current property manager, Kara Ewing has been EXCELLENT. She is helpful and friendly and she is always cheerful. She helped me through a very stressful situation and I would surely give her a raise if it were possible for me to do so. All apartment managers should emulate her. What a better world it would be !!

Have lived here for three years and honestly the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The property manager and maintenance staff are very quick, attentive and always have solved any problems at the first opportunity to do so. The property is well maintained, and has been the nice and quiet to sometimes a very busy life. Glad we chose this place!
I’ve lived here since 2023 and found it the most peaceful, quiet, and beautiful park like environment. The design of apartments/ townhomes are lovely and very modern. The property Manager and maintenance are professional and take care of every detail or issue promptly. As a retired widow, I strongly recommend this property for anyone looking for small town comfort in the heart of Athens.
