We lived here a few years ago and loved it! The manager was super nice and the property was always clean and kept up! I just saw they did renovations and they look awesome! Miss living here!
I LOVE this community. I have lived here for the last five years and have zero desire to leave anytime soon, as a matter of a fact this is my second unit. There’s no need! This is the BEST apartment complex here in Athens! The new look is such a vibe, definitely a relaxing scenery with the trees, nice clean pool, picnic area, love grilling with the bros! Property manager Kara is ON POINT she knows her facts, very friendly, someone you would want to rent from. She appreciates all her residents and takes everyone’s opinions into consideration! Love this place dude 🫶
