Very comprehensive eye examination. The office is state of the art. Dr Reddy shows not only expertise in eye care but excellent bedside manner. I was put at ease with my eye condition because I felt in very capable hands. I followed her instructions and my eye cleared up in a couple weeks. Her staff is very professional and kind. I highly recommend this practice for eye care. Her credentials are excellent as well.

Disorganized scheduling and zero respect for patient time I scheduled an 11:30 AM appointment and completed all registration forms online in advance to streamline the intake process. Upon arrival, the waiting room was standing-room-only. When I asked about the delay, staff admitted they couldn't give an accurate estimate of when I’d be called, but confirmed it would be well over half an hour past my appointment time.
