I would give Athena Construction zero stars if I could. I hired Tom Heath to reroof my apartments and re-surface my three story five bedroom house on the Riviera. It has been a complete nightmare. Both roofs are leaking after his work was complete. He comes across as very arrogant and is in denial in my opinion. He has an excuse for everything. He refuses to take responsibility.
