None of these staffing agencies work like they use to. All they want you to do is constantly check the website. What happened to a recruiter advocating for the client needing a job, everyone is very nonchalant. It's been months only 1 call for a job paying a very low wage other than that I am the one calling them. Recently I was advised to check the website, go figure.
Doesn't follow up at all about jobs. Considering the current job market, it's inconsiderate to make it seem like someone has jobs lined up then cease communication as if there was none to begin with. Referring to "Kim S., Sr. Healthcare recruiter". Terrible.
I love working with Athena, there professionalism, and always being there for the client has to be my best experience.
