I had them price a job vs. another carpet cleaner they were $1200 the other reputable cleaner (DRL carpet in Plainville) was $675 but they were booked out a few weeks and I could not wait. Athena did "match" the price and do the work which I appreciated but Brian's attitude was terrible and he would not work more than 2 hours per day ( total job was about 4 hours of work) I would NOT recommend Brian ( he claims to be an owner) but the other owner I think was Anthony was very nice over the phone. Anthony and his team did a great job getting our house back together after a plumbing leak.
Really friendly owner Anthony, a pleasure to work with. We had hard surface (old vinyl flooring and various wall treatments) cleaned and they did a fabulous job. Really helped with brightening up the facility and removing old odors.
