Backing up other negative reviews. Do not fall for it. There's no such thing is AI in billing. The worst billing company for medical practices. They do not do any appeals. They skip alot of claims without going back to them. Your income will drop significantly compared to in-house billing.
Biggest mistake of my career after 12 years in practice. It seemed like a good move—seemed to make sense that AI could fill in the forms, submit/resubmit etc. No one at Athelas is a biller. They’re all computer people and there is a nuance to billing.
