Absolutely unproffessional, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. After going to them with what should have been an open and shut case, they dragged it out for 5 months. And when they finally settled the case out of court and recieved my check, they refused to give it to me for yet another month stating constantly changing reasons. After signing with this firm due to a car accident, the lawyer drops my case. I found out about it by the therapy place where I met a representative from this firm. As of today, 4 working days, the haven't send me a letter explaining what has happened. After talking to the secretary on the phone 3 times, the only answers that I get is that they are in the process of writing the letter that I should receive it the following week.
