The place needs new management. Especially the aquatic/fitness center. Literally got told because I wore my shoes from the truck to the building that they weren't gym shoes and if I would have carried them I could have wore them into the gym. I cleaned and dried them with paper towel when I got inside. Been told by staff more than once that that was okay. Was even told they have people with way worse shoes go into the gym all the time but because I took 10 steps through the parking lot with mine they won't let me in the gym.... read more
Terrible management, not inviting for a person with a membership even. Manager was no help. I wonder why the facility isn't used, I feel I wasted my money and your business is stubborn about it all
Athabasca has a great facility for hockey. I went to watch my grandson play hockey here and the multiplex had a great set up and design. The whole building was clean, including the washrooms.
