Great place! This place is our second home 🤣
There have been multiple complaints about the shoe policy and the unprofessional behavior of the general manager at this facility. This is the only pool in Canada that requires people to remove their shoes and then walk through dirt, wetness, and hair on the floor in the fitting room. The closets have a base for shoes for a reason—to walk with your shoes to your closet and take them off there. The policy makes no sense.
