Was in here with my son who kept getting bloody noses was sent home with clamps and told a prescription would be sent down to pharmacy and was not
Saw Dr. Rossouw. Instead of appropriate treatment, I was redirected to testing for a condition my symptoms didn't match. I left without pain relief and was told NOT TO RETURN to the ER. This is a patient's concerning safety issue, not a disagreement. He discharged the problem as if it didn’t exist. Very poor healthcare medical professional.
Better than Grey nuns in edmonton. Low wait times. They cant do things like MRI or CT but you wont wait 12 hrs for a doctor
I was poked mercilessly by inexperienced nurse. They left patches on me after EKG. I refused CT because they want me to stay overnight in a boring room, no TV, no entertainment. I got more bruises from treatment than my accident. I had concussion, and trauma to back, neck, shoulder. They did take me in ambulance for $400 fee, and hit my foot on doors several times. I am brused and had a bad experience.
Went there in the middle of the night for emergency treatment. There was no wait time, started getting treated immediately. Polite, kind, and very competent nurses and physician. Wpuld give 10 stars if I could!
