Worst customer service I have EVER had. Christina is my representative, NEVER returns calls. I was approved for a Power scooter and got an electric wheelchair. I'm currently trying to get it changed. I had to get my health care involved. They have given me a liaison. If you can, do NOT use NuMotion what so ever
ATG Rehab (Nu Motion) is the biggest dealer and distributor of medical equipment especially wheelchairs. Many of insurance companies have ATG Rehab in the network as wheelchair dealer. However, most of insurance networks have ATG Rehab as an only wheelchair dealer. So a member doesn't have a choice to order a wheelchair except ATG Rehab.
